Toxicology results have been completed following the death of actress Brittany Murphy, and the results have been turned over to the Los Angeles Coroner's office, RadarOnline.com has exclusively learned.
According to a source at the Coroner's office: "The toxicology report will not be made public for a couple of weeks. The reason behind all this is that the Coroner's office needs more time investigating her death."
On Wednesday, Ed Winter, assistant chief coroner for Los Angeles County Coroner's office made an unexpected visit to the home of Murphy’s husband, Simon Monjack, and re-question him and Brittany's mother, Sharon about Brittany's unexpected death.
Murphy, 32, was found dead December 20 at her home in the Hollywood Hills, where she lived with her husband.
As RadarOnline.com has previously reported, Monjack and Murphy’s mother Sharon have both said they believe she died of natural causes, and have denied that she suffered from an eating disorder or abused drugs.
