Never one to take defeat lying down, Michael Lohan isn’t about to let the dismissed charges against his ex-fiance Erin Muller get him down.
Instead, he says he’s going after the man he claims is behind Muller’s demise: her attorney Bryan Konoski.

In a statement to RadarOnline.com, Lohan said, “If Erin had kept the respectable attorney that she had rather than enlisting Bryan Konoski through him contacting her on Facebook, the cases between Erin and I would be over and done with. But instead this ambulance chasing, lying, wanna be—who uses other people to make a name for himself—is only making things worse by acting in his best interest instead of his client’s. If he keeps it up, I will not drop charges and I will pursue, civil and other charges of extortion and computer tamper hacking as well.”

EXCLUSIVE INTERVIEW: Michael Lohan Fears Prescription Drugs Are Killing Lindsay
Lohan continues his rant, claiming Konoski also tried to recruit Jon Gosselin’s ex Hailey Glassman. “She and her family weren’t stupid enough to fall for Bryan’s b***s***.”
Michael says Konoski agreed to a gag order but then talked to the press repeatedly. “He is the liar and the evidence (or lack there of) he submitted is all bogus. My bet is that after this case Bryan Konoski will disappear, like a fly at the end of its season when this case is over. That’s why he wants to prolong it. What is a fly before it becomes a fly? A maggot! Once more, I will be forced to release proof of my claims in the form of letters, recordings, photos, voicemails and emails, in order to show it.”
