Vienna Girardi is the overwhelming favorite to win hunky pilot Jake Pavelka’s heart on The Bachelor, and that status has brought her fame and infamy.
But RadarOnline.com has uncovered a new scandal that belies recent reports of The Bachelor bad girl stalking her ex-boyfriend since returning home from taping the show.
While Vienna has been accused of stalking her ex, Brian Lee Smith, RadarOnline.com is reporting exclusively that Smith was arrested in October, 2009 for trespassing at Vienna's parents' home.

Smith was arrested on October 10, 2009 for trespassing outside Vienna’s parent’s home, shortly before Vienna left to film The Bachelor, and RadarOnline.com has exclusively obtained his mug shot. A source close to Vienna told RadarOnline.com that contrary to recently published reports, Vienna is not in love with her ex-boyfriend and that it was Smith who was refusing to let go of their relationship.
EXCLUSIVE: Vienna Did Not Cheat On Her Husband, Says Friend
Vienna has been accused of not leaving Smith and his new girlfriend alone since returning home from taping The Bachelor. But the source who led RadarOnline.com to verifying Smith's trespass arrest said:“Vienna has not even seen Brian since he was arrested in her front yard."
The source claims that Smith simply could not accept the end of their relationship and was even banging on the front door at Vienna's parents house the night he was arrested.
Vienna is not sulking about the new allegations that she's obsessed with Smith. “She is kind of just laughing off the accusations now because she knows it’s a complete lie; she has the evidence to prove that it’s all a lie. She is pretty much over and done with it,” the source said.
When Vienna found out in the summer of 2009 that she was going to be a contestant on The Bachelor she was through with dating Smith. “They broke up at spring break of last year," said the source, who added that Smith had trouble letting go, which led to his trespass arrest.
