The latest venture out of Tarina Tarantino’s “Sparkle Factory” is a delightful addition to her ever-growing, perfectly pink empire. The fuchsia-haired princess, who is famous for her sparkly and bedazzled jewelry, accessory and handbag collection’s has taken on the beauty industry, creating a luxe and lavish cosmetics line exclusively for Sephora stores.
What makes the line stand apart from the plethora of products already on the market? First of all, the packaging is tres chic. Each of the cleverly named cosmetics (Fleur de Lash Mascara, Dollskin Cheek, and Eye Dream Hypershadow to name a few) are presented in boldly-hued plastic containers, which are cleverly decorated as if part of Tarina’s jewelry collection. The products themselves come in a range of colors, from daring blues and greens to more demure and wearable shades of nude, metallic gold, and of course, pink. One of the greatest things about playing with this makeup collection is that it resurrects the feeling of electric youth---it puts the fun back in beauty!
Sure to be a best seller, the Sparklicity Shimmer Dust, which retails for $39, is elegantly packaged in a vintage-looking perfume bottle, and sprays subtle shimmer on the body and face without any oil or lotion.
The extensive collection is available at Sephora stores and also on their website.
