EXCLUSIVE: All Charges Against Michael Lohan's Ex Erin Muller Are Dismissed
Feb. 1 2010, Published 8:48 a.m. ET
All the charges Michael Lohan brought forth against his ex Erin Muller have been dismissed, RadarOnline.com has confirmed.
“All of the charges brought against Ms. Muller are being dismissed,” her lawyer Bryan Konoski confirmed.
Lohan had brought forth a case against Muller after she allegedly kicked him in the head with a shoe. In connection with the case, she had been issued an Order of Protection, requiring her to refrain from calling or harassing Lohan. She was charged for violating it twice for allegedly calling him. Lohan provided police with audio tapes of the calls.
However, after listening to the tapes with Konoski, the Suffolk Country District Attorney’s Office agreed to dismiss all charges.
“Muller adamantly denies ever calling Mr. Lohan and violating the Order of Protection. This is absolutely the correct and just outcome regarding these bogus charges," Konoski said.

“In my opinion, the tapes sound like they were ‘doctored up’ or ‘staged.’ To me, the conversation on the tape does not sound natural.
As a result, we have launched a full investigation into this matter and are working with various law enforcement agencies that have also taken a serious interest in these tapes. Ms. Muller is very happy that the cases related to these audio tapes are getting dismissed."
