Kanye’s gal pal hit the Chanel Spring 2010 Runway Show at Paris Couture Fashion Week, in an, um, interesting sweater dress, which had a unique swimcap feature, while Clooney’s catch classily roamed Milan in a perfectly tailored ensemble, adding UGG boots for comfort.

In Park City, Utah, Ryan Gosling and Naomi Watts got bundled up in Style for  Sundance, while Juliette Lewis had a furry friend keeping her head warm.
