Kenny Chesney Buys Nashville Mega-Mansion

Kenny Chesney may spend much of the year with his feet in the sand at his home in the Virgin Islands but when business calls him to Nashville, the country superstar needs a place to hang his 10-gallon hat.
Renee Zellweger's ex just forked over $9.2 million for one of the most lavish estates near Music Row. It's over 11,000 sq. ft. with five bedrooms, seven baths, an infinity pool, and six-car air-conditioned garage. The brand new Tuscan-style house sits on 30 acres in the Nashville suburb of Franklin.
Kenny had Keith Urban and Nicole Kidman as neighbors.
