The Grammy Awards red carpet has always been full of high and low notes, and a handful of dresses will never be forgotten! In the year 2000, Jennifer Lopez stepped onto the red carpet of the 42nd Annual Grammy Awards with then boyfriend Puff Daddy, in jaw-dropping style. The Latina singer was barely covered in a dramatically low-cut and sheer Versace gown, which went on to become one of the most iconic dresses of all times.
In 2001, Toni Braxton left nothing to the imagination in her slit-to-the-hip Richard Tyler gown, while Christina Aguilera, pre-stylist, looked like she was working the corner, not a red carpet in racy red threads. Who can forget rapper M.I.A at the 2009 Grammy Awards, which happened to fall on her due date, when she performed onstage in a skintight, polka-dot mini?
