Linda Hogan has reached a settlement with the family of the young man suffering from brain injuries sustained when Hogan’s son Nick crashed the car the two boys were in.

“I felt it was the right thing to do,” Linda told RadarOnline.com exclusively.

In August 2007, Nick and John Graziano were racing Daniel Jacobs in Florida when Nick crashed their car into a tree. Graziano’s mother Debra sued both the Hogans and Jacobs. At the time, Linda was across the country in California and did not sign for Nick’s driver’s license (then husband Terry Bollea, aka wrestler Hulk Hogan, did).

“My heart and prayers go out to John and Debra,” Linda added.

While the details of the settlement are confidential, a lawyer for Debra said that his client is happy and “ready to move on with her life.”  The settlement is finally some good news after years of anguish. In February, her estranged husband Ed was imprisoned after allegedly plotting to kill her by trying to hire a hit man. For the rest of his life, John, who is now 25, will need twenty-four hour care.
