Heroes star Adrian Pasdar is back behind the wheel, just a few days after he was busted on suspicion of driving drunk and swerving across lanes in Los Angeles.

RadarOnline.com snapped Pasdar and his wife, Dixie Chicks’ lead singer Natalie Maines, driving to an impound to pick up his Ford truck.

Pasdar, 44, was pulled over before dawn on Wednesday after highway patrol officers spotted his truck speeding on a Los Angeles freeway at 94 mph and swerving between lanes.

"Upon contacting Pasdar, the officers noticed an odor of alcoholic beverage emitting from... within the vehicle" and determined the actor was under the influence of alcohol, the California Highway patrol has alleged.

Pasdar was given a field sobriety test but reportedly refused to take a breathalyzer test.

He was released on $15,000 bail.

The star, who played the mysterious Nathan Petrelli in the NBC drama, was breathing fine as he drove back to he and Maines’ home.

He’ll face court on February 24 to answer a misdemeanor charge.
