Charlie Sheen's wife has moved back into their Los Angeles home and he's moved out so they don't violate a restraining order, RadarOnline.com has learned exclusively.
Brooke Mueller returned from the Aspen house where Charlie was arrested after a domestic violence incident on Christmas. A judge put a temporary restraining order in place ordering Sheen to stay away from his wife and not contact her.
Now, RadarOnline.com has learned that Mueller is back in Los Angeles at the couple's home and Sheen is staying elsewhere, careful not to violate the judge's order. Sheen's attorney, with support from Mueller's attorney, is asking that the no-contact provision of the restraining order be dropped. But Aspen assistant district attorney Arnold Mordkin filed a motion opposing the dismissal of the restraining order.

Mueller told police that Sheen choked her, put a knife to her throat and threatened her. Her 911 call on Christmas morning came after both had been boozing and partying.
Sheen and Mueller have both been through rehab. As RadarOnline.com reported exclusively, Mueller received in-patient treatment for addiction to crack.
Sheen has not publicly addressed his booze relapse.
Mueller has previously consulted with a divorce attorney but now says, through her attorney, that she wants to stay with Sheen. The Two and a Half Men star is desperately unhappy in the marriage, multiple sources confirmed to RadarOnline.com, but he knows that she controls his legal fate right now and so he is also saying he wants to stay in the marriage.
Mueller has stopped cooperating with Colorado law enforcement officials on the domestic violence case but it can be prosecuted without her help.
