Michael Lohan is never at a loss for words – or audio tapes.
Following his arrest on Thursday for violating a protection order in place between he and ex-fiance Erin Muller, Michael Lohan told RadarOnline.com that it was actually Erin who violated the RO and lied about it to police.
And Lohan, infamous for his taped phone calls, has a call that he says Muller initiated, violating the no-contact order.
In the call, which you can listen to above, Michael tells Erin, “you called me Erin! You called me and you have the nerve to go and lie to the police and tell them that I called you?”

Erin responds: “Listen, whatever. You kept it open and I don’t give a flying F*** anymore!”
According to Erin’s attorney, Bryan Konoski, Lohan called Muller at work on Jan. 21, violating the protection order.

In an exclusive statement to RadarOnline.com, Lohan retorts:
“On Jan 21st at 3:11 pm, Erin Muller called me on my cell phone. I called my attorney and he advised me not to do anything. He in turn, called Erin's (liar) lawyer, Bryan Konoski, who asked my attorney not to do anything. We agreed! However, hours later, Erin went to the police department and lied to them telling them that I called her. With no recording, no witness, no proof whatsoever and only on her word, I was arrested.
This was just another game played by Bryan Konoski. HOWEVER, then on January 27th, Erin called me and basically admitted that she lied. I did tape the call and I have proof of everything I said.”
