Dexter star Michael C. Hall walks hand-in-hand with his wife (and co-star) Jennifer Carpenter Sunday as they grab breakfast at the Mustard Seed Café in Los Angeles before stopping for groceries.

It’s been a tumultuous few weeks for the 38-year-old actor.

As previously reported, Hall recently revealed he’s been battling Hodgkin’s lymphoma, but has said his cancer is “treatable and curable.”

This past Saturday, Hall received a coveted SAG Award for Best Actor in a Drama Series for his role as a sympathetic serial killer in Dexter. A week earlier, Hall walked away with a Golden Globe for the very same role.

At both award shows, Hall donned a fashionable black skull hat -- presumably to hide his hair loss.

After winning the SAG Award for Best Actor, Hall talked about the aftermath of revealing he has cancer, saying: "A lot of people have reached out to me that I wouldn't have heard from otherwise... high school teachers, friends from college. I've actually spent a lot of this week responding to concerned, but ultimately encouraging e-mails."

Hall’s spokesman, Craig Bankey, has said Hall’s cancer is in remission, but that the actor will continue scheduled treatments.
