Neither rain or sleet can slow Conan O'Brien down, but bad ratings, that’s a different story. The Tonight Show host took to the soggy Los Angeles streets Monday in joining his supporters during a footrace from Lankershim Boulevard to Universal Studios, at the end of which he unveiled a poster atop one of the studio's buildings with his newfound rally cry, "I'm With Coco.”

The impromptu pep rally took place prior to another buzzing late night, in which O'Brien continued joking about his demise as she slammed NBC bosses as “morons”, while Jay Leno talked candidly about the behind-the-scenes dealings at the Peacock Network that have cast him and Conan as adversaries.

O'Brien's settlement with NBC, tentatively in the works, is rumored to be more than $30 million, including severance packages for his staffers; it would enable the red-headed comedian to seek employment elsewhere as early as this fall.
