Andy Dick's Bizarre Sexual Abuse Arrest

Andy [expletive] seems to have some serious issues he needs working out.
The controversial comedian was arrested early Saturday morning, in West Virginia, on two counts of felony sexual abuse.

According to the criminal complaint, while inside a Bar Called Rum Runners in Huntington, [expletive] was talking to a guy when he "unexpectedly and without invitation grabbed the victim's crotch, repeatedly groping then kissing him."
The victim's girlfriend witnessed the whole thing.
A press release from the Huntington Police Department says, "Based upon statements of two victims and independent witness accounts alleging that he had engaged in unwanted and uninvited groping of the two victims' genital areas, Andrew R. [expletive] (AKA Andy [expletive]) of South Pasadena, Calif., was arrested and charged with two counts of Sex Abuse in the First Degree."
In the video of the arrest [expletive] is seen being led off in handcuffs, and when asked why he is going to jail, he mumbles, "People grabbing on me."
[expletive] is already currently on probation after being arrested for sexual battery back in 2008, after he allegedly pulled down a teenager's top outside of a Buffalo Wild Wings restaurant in Murrieta CA.

At that time a search was carried out on the "extremely intoxicated" [expletive] when arrested and Xanax and marijuana were found in his pants' pocket. [expletive] later pleaded guilty to battery.
[expletive] is currently awaiting arraignment, he is being held at the Western Regional Jail.
