The holiday road for Randy and Evi Quaid leads to a courtroom Tuesday, as the Christmas Vacation star and his wife are expected to face a judge in Santa Barbara, California, where they stand accused of skipping out on their hotel bill at the luxurious San Ysidro Ranch.

After blowing off four separate criminal court hearings, the couple posted $20,000 in bail apiece, and signed a promise to appear in court on Tuesday, December 15.

The eccentric couple was keeping a low profile in Marfa, a small artisan community in Texas, but ruffled feathers with city officials there after Evi, according to the town's mayor, removed official documents from city hall with no authorization to do so. Another odd point in the couple's recent history, as reported here first on RadarOnline.com, was when Evi allegedly sent a Seattle newspaper several naked snapshots -- including one featuring the ex-model nude on a bed holding a gun.
