Janine Lindemulder, the porn star embroiled in a custody dispute with Spike TV star Jesse James and A-lister Sandra Bullock, was denied expanded visitation rights for her daughter with James, Sunny, in an Orange County, California family court on Monday.

Lindemulder is currently seeing the child during limited daytime hours; she had hoped to receive regular overnight visits with the 5-year-old, but Commissioner Thomas Schulte denied the request. The commissioner did grant her one overnight -- Christmas Eve -- with the addendum that Sunny be returned to James and the Speed star by 12 p.m. Christmas day.

Bullock and James have claimed Lindemulder is unfit to raise Sunny for a variety of reasons. James told the court that "good cause exists for the court to conduct a review to determine if Sunny will be safe with Lindemulder. She should be restrained from allowing the child around pornographers, drug addicts, guns and firearms, felons and other unsafe environments."
