Gene Simmons Wins Battle Over Restraining Order

Gene Simmons’ lawyer had his day in court on Wednesday, and it turned out to be a good one!
Simmons was fighting a temporary restraining order, that had been filed at the L.A. County Superior Court, against him by Nathan Marlowe and Cynthia Manzo who claimed the KISS musician tried to kill them.
In the documents Marlowe claims that on December 19th he tried to film Simmons at The Grove shopping mall in LA. He says he asked Simmons about “his public persona about monogomy” and that Simmons then grabbed him by the throat, head butted him, choked him and said “I will kill you”. Marlowe says Simmons then grabbed his wife by the throat and said to her, “I will kill you” before making off with Marlowe camera.
The judge rejected the TRO application saying that the couple failed to show “a threat of future harm”.
