The lawsuit states that over the course of the past few years, Pauly became concerned as to his older brother Peter’s care and treatment of their mother, Mitzi Shore.

Pauly, Peter and Mitzi Shore are the sole Directors of The Comedy Store in Hollywood. Peter Shore is the chief executive officer of the company and controls its ongoing operations.

Pauly claims his brother removed him “improperly” from the Comedy Store’s board of directors and failed to provide various tax returns and monthly cash flow reports over the last 36 months.

The lawsuit states no immediate remedy other than that Peter Shore be required to provide The Comedy Store’s financial reports and show how he’s been running it.

Sounds like someone’s afraid  the family fortune is being squandered!

A rep for Pauly told RadarOnline.com on Monday, "This is a personal family matter that will be handled privately."
