Sexy Paris Hilton has hosted New Year's Eve bashes around the world, but this year she has something much more intimate and low key, has exclusively learned.

From Las Vegas to Sydney, Australia, the hotel heiress would always ring in the New Year with a bang. Sources tell us that offers from Cabo, Miami and Las Vegas wooed her again this year with offers ranging from $100-300k, but she has turned them all down.

Paris tells exclusively: "I'm going to be spending New Years in Aspen with Doug and his family. I love Aspen I have been coming here since I was a little girl." Aspen is also a very special spot for the couple, as they shared their first kiss in Aspen last year on Christmas night on the dance floor of The Caribou Club, an insider told us.

Paris celebrated Christmas with Doug, and he reportedly spent over $200k on diamonds for Paris at XIV jewelry store in Beverly Hills. Doug told us: "I wanted to make Christmas special for her, cause she is so special to me. Paris is the love of my life. She is the most beautiful girl in the world, both inside and out. I feel like the luckiest guy in the world."
