Celebs Celebrate Christmas Early At Jingle Ball Concert

Z100's annual Jingle Ball concert brought the hottest stars in music to Madison Square Garden Friday night.
Taylor Swift got cozy with Adam Lambert. Gossip Girl Leighton Meester proved she really does have pipes. And a fan, not a singer, Peter Facinelli was there representing the gang from Twilight.
The show is the east coast version of L.A.'s KIIS-FM Jingle Ball concert, held a week earlier.
