Busted! Nick Cannon Cited For Chatting On Cell While Driving

Nick Cannon just couldn't put the phone down in the nick of time: Mariah Carey's husband, and the host of America's Got Talent, received a ticket on Sunday in Los Angeles after officers saw him talking on his cell phone while driving, a legal no-no in the state of California.

Cannon, clad in a white baseball hat, sat in his vehicle as the officer wrote up the citation.

The weekend wasn't a total bust for the talented TV personality, as he was spotted Saturday on the red carpet of Jingle Balls, a holiday concert sponsored by LA radio station KISS-FM.
