RadarOnline.com has obtained the 911 call from the November 27 incident in which David Hasselhoff was taken by ambulance from his Encino, California home to Cedars-Sinai Medical Center in Los Angeles, and placed under an involuntary psychiatric hold. The call was made by one of the actor's daughters.
"My dad collapsed ... he keeps falling back down," the young girl tells the dispatcher. She also mentioned that Hasselhoff was taken to the hospital the day before.

An unidentified male - who the daughter said was a friend of the family's took over the call telling the dispatcher that the situation at the house was "very, very bad."
As RadarOnline.com previously reported, Hasselhoff had once again resumed drinking large amounts of alcohol before his hospitalization.
