Hot mess Lindsay Lohan isn't letting the release of secretly recorded phone calls by her -- and about her -- keep her down.

The Mean Girls star --looking visibly thin -- attended Jermaine Dupri and Pascal Mouawad's Nu Pop Movement launch party at the trendy boutique Kitson in West Hollywood Thursday and then partied the night away at hotspot Voyeur.

As Lindsay, 23, was leaving Voyeur, she took a jab at her father Michael Lohan, saying to photographers frantically snapping her: "Why don't you go find my dad, he wants pictures."

When the car Lindsay was riding in left Voyeur, the driver bumped into a parked car in front of it nearly pinning a photographer who was standing in between the two vehicles!

Lindsay's driver left the scene without leaving a note, and as you can see in our video, the bump did leave a mark on the other car.

Well -- at least Lindsay wasn't driving!
