Taylor Swift Nervous About SNL Stint: "I Might Have A Heart Attack"

Taylor Swift's breakout year continues.
The 19-year-old country cutie Tweeted on Tuesday about her upcoming stint in which she will host and perform on Saturday Night Live this weekend.
"Starting the SNL process," Swift Tweeted. "I kinda feel like I might have a heart attack or pass out in the pitch meeting. I'm that excited."
One thing we’re watching out for -- be it skit, parody or special guest appearance -- is Kanye West, who stole Swift's limelight at the MTV Video Music Awards in September when he jumped on onstage after her win, and said Beyonce Knowles deserved the honors more.
Swift was seen in Los Angeles on dates with Twilight stud Taylor Lautner, 17, last week.
The two Taylors will appear onscreen together in the star-studded romantic comedy Valentine’s Day which opens in theaters in February, 2010.
