Skateboard Superstar Mike Vallely Arrested After Fight Over Hockey Stick

Mike Vallely took one of his young daughters to an Anaheim Ducks hockey game Thursday night and ended up in handcuffs after a battle over a hockey stick. We're not passing judgment but many other famous dads have somehow managed to avoid landing in the cop shop with their kids.
The skateboarder, who also goes by the name Mike V, has long had a promotional relationship with the Ducks. The fight occurred when Ducks captain Scott Niedermayer tried to hand his stick over to a young girl in the stands. Vallely and another dad got into a scuffle, with each claiming the stick was meant for his daughter.

Vallely was cited for fighting in public and released. The other dad's actions are still being investigated by cops.
The Ducks have now severed their ties to Vallely. "As an organization, we do not condone or tolerate this type of behavior," a spokesman said in a statement.
