Joe Jackson Has “No Standing” To Contest Michael Jackson Estate

Katherine Jackson’s attorney Adam Streisand told the court Tuesday that his client has no problem with her late son’s funeral expenses being revealed to the public and that she thinks it’s time for the fighting to end. He said that Katherine no longer contests Branca and McClain as executors of the estate and that she wishes to work with them to preserve the legacy of Michael.

Streisand also took the time to slam Joe Jackson, saying that “he (Joe) clearly has no standing” to contest the will or Estate as he is not an heir, nor a named executor.
