Jennifer Lopez's ex-husband Ojani Noa has been trying to release intimate videos of the two during their relationship and her father recently commented on the ordeal to RadarOnline.com, lashing out at his daughter's ex and calling him a "pain in the a--!"
“The guy’s a pain in the a--!" David Lopez told RadarOnline.com exclusively. Noa had dozens of hours of home movies taken during their honeymoon which he had wanted to turn into a movie named The J.Lo and Ojani Noa Story.
"His actions tell you all you need to know about him – hopefully the lawyers and the courts will be able to sort it all out."
The courts did sort out the issue on Tuesday afternoon. LA Superior Court judge James C. Chalfant issued a temporary restraining order that extends until next month, directing Noa and film maker Ed Meyer to tell any third parties that have any such material about the order.
“I don’t want to say too much but he’s been at this for a while now,” added David Lopez.
The singer has sued Noa for $10 million saying the film breaches an already established confidentiality agreement. She married the former waiter in 1997 but their union lasted only 11 months – he previously tried to release a tell-all book which Lopez was also able to block.
