Nov. 22 2009, Published 2:19 p.m. ET
Jon and Kate Gosselin will officially become husband and ex-wife by the end of the year, Jon's attorney told RadarOnline.com.
The warring couple spent Saturday in arbitration and Mark Heller tells RadarOnline.com: "We were able to meet all objectives today. We got thru everything."
Heller says the parties have agreed to final terms and will seal the details. He adds that the arbitrator should enter his final decision near Christmas.
Jon brought roses to the meeting on Saturday but Kate wasn't in a botanical mood and didn't accept them.
Sources told RadarOnline.com that the temperature between Jon and Kate was below Ice Age.
Jon previously has said in a national TV interview that he "despises" Kate and Saturday's Prop of Roses apparently didn't dull Kate's memory.
Still, according to Heller, the reality TV couple worked out all their issues and the divorce is on the fast track.

Jon returned from Hawaii hours before the meeting. He is due in court Dec. 14 as TLC seeks a preliminary injunction against him.
Heller claimed to RadarOnline.com that he had all parties sign a confidentiality agreement regarding the specifics of the final terms of divorce.
Jon and Kate were face to face on Saturday but the proceedings were through an arbitrator.
