Dodger Divorce: Jamie McCourt Strikes Out In Job Bid

Jamie McCourt will not be resuming her former duties as the Los Angeles Dodgers chief executive, Los Angeles Superior Court Commissioner Scott Gordon ruled Thursday morning.
The ruling was made during a divorce hearing, and attorneys stood in for both of the McCourts, neither of whom was present.

McCourt was fired by her husband, Blue Crew owner Frank McCourt, who accused her of cheating on him with her bodyguard, and doing an awful job of running the team.
