Cindy Crawford's alleged extortionist, 26-year-old model, Edis Kayalar surrendered to cops in Germany Monday.

Crawford's Alleged Extortionist Reportedly Raped His Ex-Wife

Kayalar has been charged with one count of extortion, following an alleged attempt to extort $100,000 from Crawford and her husband Rande Gerber.

Crawford's Alleged Extortionist Had Two Restraining Orders Against Him

As RadarOnline.com previously reported Kayalar threatened to go public with a photograph of Crawford's then 7-year-old daughter bound to a chair and gagged that was taken by her nanny.

Kayalar is facing two years in jail if convicted, he is to appear before a judge later Tuesday to determine whether he should remain in custody.
