Chaz Bono, the daughter-turned-son of Cher and the late Sonny Bono, arrived at New York's JFK Airport Monday with his girlfriend, Jennifer Elia, in tow.
The reclusive writer, who lives in West Hollywood with Elia, arrived in the Big Apple sporting a hip style, pairing a Lacoste polo shirt with cuffed-up blue jeans.
He said last month that a milestone birthday was the impetus he needed to undergo gender reassignment surgery.
