Ghalib's charges stemmed from an incident back on February 11th where Ghalib ran over a process server with his Mercedes, he was subsequently charged with assault with a deadly weapon, hit and run and battery.
The process server, Ram Moskowitz, was trying to serve Ghalib with a restraining order to stay away from Britney Spears. To avoid being pinned against a trash truck the victim jumped on the hood before falling off and breaking his wrist. The District Attorney alleges that Ghalib sped-off without stopping.
