Britney Spears' Ex Headed To Jail

Adnan Ghalib, the paparazzo best known for his brief fling with Britney Spears, was sentenced to 45 days in jail Friday.
Ghalib, who pled no contest last month to leaving the scene of an accident, will also be placed on formal probation for 36 months and has been ordered to complete 52 weeks of anger management classes and 45 days of hard labor.

Ghalib's charges stemmed from an incident back on February 11th where Ghalib ran over a process server with his Mercedes, he was subsequently charged with assault with a deadly weapon, hit and run and battery.

The process server, Ram Moskowitz, was trying to serve Ghalib with a restraining order to stay away from Britney Spears. To avoid being pinned against a trash truck the victim jumped on the hood before falling off and breaking his wrist. The District Attorney alleges that Ghalib sped-off without stopping.
