EXCLUSIVE: Alyssa Milano And Shannon Elizabeth Help Save Tragic Dog
Nov. 11 2009, Published 11:15 a.m. ET
Alyssa Milano and Shannon Elizabeth are showing their hearts of gold by donating their hard earned cash to help a little disabled dog called Scooby-Roo.
Adorable Scooby-Roo was rescued from underneath a wrecked car in South Central. When he was discovered he was covered in blood, scrapes and wounds and missing two of his forelegs. Vets think that Scooby-Roo was born without his front legs and thus discarded by his family who no longer wanted him. Thankfully he found a temporary home with Fuzzy Rescue, a no-kill nonprofit Southern California based animal welfare group, that rehabilitates strays before placing them into loving, permanent homes.

Both Shannon and Alyssa have donated funds to Fuzzy Rescue to help with Scooby-Roo's rehabilitation. The little mutt now has a special custom built cart that he is learning to scoot around on. Too cute!.
Now Scooby-Roo is well on his way to recovery and hopefully a loving home, but there¹s plenty more dogs in need.
Donations can be sent to Fuzzy Rescue via Paypal. Checks may be written out to Fuzzy Rescue and sent to the following address: Fuzzy Rescue, 1158 26th Street #260, Santa Monica, CA 90403-4621.
