Uma Thurman Sports Wrist Cast At NY Motherhood Premiere

Despite having to wear a wrist cast as a result of a recent operation, Uma Thurman put on a happy face on the red carpet for the premiere of her new film, Motherhood, at New York City's School of Visual Arts Theater Wednesday night.
“It is very fashionable, right?” she said of the cast to Regis Philbin and Kelly Ripa earlier this week. “And also works as self defense.”
The Kill Bill beauty, wearing an all-black tuxedo ensemble, had to have surgery done to remove metal pins which were inserted into her wrist after she broke it after she fell on the set of The Accidental Husband three years ago.
