In the first movie the women of Sex and the City retreated to the azure shores of Mexico and RadarOnline.com has learned that production on the sequel is headed to an even more exotic locale: Morocco!

“Production hasn’t started yet but they will shoot in Morocco,” a production source confirmed to RadarOnline.com.

Miley Gets Her Sex Moment

Another source confirmed that Penelope Cruz- long-rumored to be another A-lister to make a cameo on the film- was on the set on Monday to shoot her scenes. The actress was wearing a long, black dress and the crew blocked off the entire lobby of The Empire Hotel in New York. It is rumored that she will be portraying herself.

“She looked beautiful,” the source said. “Jason Lewis, Kim Cattrall, Sarah Jessica Parker and Chris Noth were all filming. Jason and Kim were in a scene with two Abu Dhabi hoteliers.”

The studio declined to comment on anything production related.
