Rapper Soulja Boy was arrested on an obstruction of justice charge Wednesday after he allegedly lied to police officers called to an abandoned Georgia flophouse where him and dozens of people were partying, and told them that he had rights to shoot a music video there (he didn't).
Police said more than half of the 40 party people scattered from the shindig on foot, though the 19-year-old rapper (real name DeAndre Cortez Way) returned, floating the video shoot story.
