Nicole Richie Granted Restraining Orders Against Paps

Nicole Richie was granted temporary restraining orders against two paparazzi Friday in court.

The TROs have been granted against Eduardo Cerri Arrivabene and Ivon Emilio Melo Miguel. The snappers have been ordered to stay 100 yards away from Nicole and her children, their homes, their cars, their workplace and the schools of the children.

In the papers Nicole states that the paps “continued to harass and stalk us.”  She said their behavior “has caused and continues to cause severe emotional distress both to myself and to my family. I am fearful that his continued presence may cause yet another accident, this time with my infant children in the vehicle.”

As previously reported Arrivabene was involved in an accident with Richie earlier this month. He was subsequently arrested for driving without a license.

A follow up hearing has been scheduled for November 11th at 8.30 am
