Jon Gosselin was in a talkative mood Wednesday during a shopping trip in New York City - spilling all the details about an explosive email Kate sent to him.
According to Jon, Kate sent him an email telling him that she does not want to see him tomorrow and that he can pick the kids up at four then leave at six.
Tomorrow is the twins' birthday and according to Jon he has the legal right to spend all day with them, and he is not going to spend just two hours with them.
Jon plans to buy the girls watches, get them a birthday cake, and spend as much time as he wants with them, saying he may even spend the night at the house, which he says he has every right to do as he still owns half of it.
Jon also once again denied taking the $230,000 out of the joint bank account, saying instead that he only withdrew his $22,000 paycheck. Tellingly though, he did say that if he had taken the money he would be entitled to it as it would be just 10% of his owed monies from TLC.
Jon said that he doesn't believe that Kate is strapped for cash and that he thinks this whole drama is just a "media play." Apparently he has offered Kate an "olive branch" by asking her to take their fight out of court and to enter into arbitration, but she has refused.
He also says that things are "really good" between him and girlfriend Hailey Glassman and that she hasn't been seen recently because she hates the media spotlight.
