Felony Charges Filed In Lindsay Lohan Burglary Case

Four people are facing felony charges Wednesday after allegedly burglarizing the homes of several celebrities including Lindsay Lohan and The Hills star Audrina Patridge.

Los Angeles prosecutors filed felony residential burglary charges against three women and one man in connection with an alleged crime spree that netted the suspects more than $3 million in jewelry, designer clothes and accessories.

The four new suspects are added to an amended felony complaint that charged 18-year-old Nicholas Frank Prugo with two counts of first-degree residential burglary.

The suspects, ages ranging from 18 to 27, include a female who is reportedly filming a reality show pilot.  Suspects are named as Diana Tamayo, 19, Alexis Christine Neirs, 18, Roy Lopez Jr, 27 and Courtney Leigh Ames, 18.

Suspect In Lohan Burglary Officially Charged

All four were arrested last week by LAPD officers and later released on bail.

Prugo is scheduled to be arraigned Nov. 12 at the Criminal Justice Center, Department 30. Neirs is scheduled to be arraigned Nov. 16, Tamayo on Nov. 17, Ames on Nov. 20 and Lopez on Nov. 23, all in the same department.
