More than one thousand girls lined the street outside the W Hotel in L.A. on Saturday, hoping they had what it took to be the next Angel to walk the runway in Victoria's Secret Fashion Show, Dec. 1 on CBS.
RadarOnline.com spoke to some of the girls, who shed some light on the hotly debated subject of weight in the modeling biz.
Surprisingly, when it came to the story of Filippa Hamilton, the 120-pound Ralph Lauren model who says she was fired for being "too large," many of the girls had different reactions.
"That is something everyone experiences and you just have to get used to it," aspiring model Marsha Warren told RadarOnline.com. "It's just what you have to get used to."
"I think it's pretty ridiculous because so many people are trying to do the all-American, healthy look now,' said another contestant, Katelynn Ansari. "Putting that in girls' minds is not ok."
