The Dancing With The Stars is choc full of celebrities who have competed at the top of their respective fields before taking their celebrity to the ballroom floor; on Tuesday, RadarOnline.com quizzed the contestants if the DWTS competition is the fiercest they've faced and how similar it is to what they are known for doing.

Aaron Carter said that like in his singing career, the most important aspect of DWTS is the energy you bring to it.

Snowboarding beefcake Louie Vito told RadarOnline.com that, like his chilly craft, ballroom dancing takes a full-time commitment and constant practice to hone one's skills.

"It's more like a lifestyle," Vito said, noting that you constantly have to work on different things each day in both fields.

Professional dancer Derek Hough said that the main thing objective DWTS competitors should focus on is consistency, followed by the shocking and exciting stuff as the season wears on.
