Mom and dad are busy fighting it out on national TV and back in Wernersville, PA at least one of the eight Gosselin children had a very tough day at school.
As a nanny picked up the kids from school Monday, one of the twins wasn't in such a good mood - she hit her little brother with her sweater and complained that he had a "fit" at school.
Jon Gosselin appeared on national TV Monday night, defending his actions in the divorce and denying Kate's allegations that he had drained their bank account.
Kate, meanwhile, appeared on the Today Show, saying she couldn't sleep or pay her bills because Jon left her with only $1,000 in their joint account.
As the Gosselin kids returned home from school after mom and dad fought it out on TV, most seemed cheery. They were affectionate toward the nanny and one of the girls even kissed her hello.
On Sunday there were tears galore at the Gosselin home as the children played in the garden.
Meanwhile Kate filed papers with a Pennsylvania court on Monday demanding Jon return the $230,000 she claims he withdrew from their joint account without authorization, and ordering him to sell his two luxury cars.
