Mom and dad are busy fighting it out on national TV and back in Wernersville, PA at least one of the eight Gosselin children had a very tough day at school.

As a nanny picked up the kids from school Monday, one of the twins wasn't in such a good mood - she hit her little brother with her sweater and complained that he had a "fit" at school.

Jon Gosselin appeared on national TV Monday night, defending his actions in the divorce and denying Kate's allegations that he had drained their bank account.
