EXCLUSIVE: Larry Birkhead Set To Testify In Preliminary Hearing

The preliminary hearing of Howard K. Stern, Dr. Khristine Eroshevich, and Dr. Sandeep Kapoor, in connection with the death of Anna Nicole Smith, will begin in a Los Angeles courtroom Tuesday.

The trio face a myriad of felony charges ranging from conspiracy to obtaining fraudulent prescriptions and giving controlled substance to a addict.

Larry Birkhead, the father of Anna Nicole's daughter, Dannielynn Hope, is expected to testify for the prosecution, "either Thursday or Friday," a source close to the case told RadarOnline.com exclusively.

The insider tells RadarOnline.com, "Larry just wants to get this over with. He will honestly answer all questions asked to him, by both sides. Larry has nothing to hide.
