Following in the footsteps of David Letterman, Jimmy Kimmel has admitted that he is dating a co-worker.  Didn't anyone ever tell these guys not to fish off the company pier? However, RadarOnline.com has learned that the staff at Jimmy Kimmel Live isn't all that happy about the relationship.

Jimmy Kimmel and his head writer Molly McNearney are a item, but the relationship is causing problems, and a source close to the show told RadarOnline.com that one staffer even quit because they felt that Molly wasn't qualified for the promotions she was receiving. According to the source, the staff is disgruntled that Molly gets preferential treatment and isn't afraid to let people know about her relationship.  "People on the staff think she has become nasty lately."

"Molly McNearney definitely has been using her relationship with Jimmy to move up in the show, and he definitely played favorites with her over other more qualified staffers," said the source.

While there have been reports that the comedian and his staffer began their relationship after Jimmy and Sarah Silverman split in 2008, the source disagrees, and told RadarOnline.com that staffers felt that Molly and Jimmy were involved during that relationship.
