Michael Lohan wants his daughter Lindsay Lohan in rehab. And if she doesn't want to go? "I'm going to detox her myself," he told RadarOnline.com exclusively.

Lindsay's dad is coming to L.A. next week and he says the first thing he's going to do is track down the doctors writing his daughter's prescriptions.

"I'm going to find out who these people are and I'm going to put an end to it," he said. "My son Michael told me just the other day, 'Dad, Lindsay won't tell us what she's on. We have to look at the prescription bottles to see what pills she's taking. You know I'm not a fan of you talking publicly but we need to do something'."

Lindsay appeared at a hearing in Beverly Hills on Friday morning for alleged violations of her probation stemming from her 2007 DUI. Arriving an hour and a half late, the actress sat quietly in the courtroom looking exhausted and rubbing bloodshot eyes.

Judge Marsha N. Revel declined jail time and instead extended Lohan's probation for one year, ordering her to get court approval the next time she plans to leave Los Angeles for more than 21 days.

But her dad, Michael Lohan, feels his daughter got off too easy.

"Don't they see she's going to die, if someone doesn't do something?" Lohan said. "Every day counts. I guarantee you if they would just give her a drug test, she'd come up dirty. I'm her dad....I can't watch her kill herself."
