The lawsuit filed by a Texas Deputy Sheriff against Evi Quaid reveals the wife of actor Randy Quaid seems to see conspiracies everywhere.

In court papers obtained exclusively by RadarOnline.com, James Davis says Evi accused him of “’fraudulently arrang(ing)’ the Quaids arrest, in order to 'receive money from Bob Boyett… the Stagehands Union & our former business manager Mickey Segal, who are attempting to acquire our assets illegally by creating false evidence.'"
Randy Quaid And Evi Quaid's Bizarre Mug Shots
Well, that’s quite a feat for Davis, who was sent to arrest the Quaids on a warrant issued out of California, where, as RadarOnline.com was the first to report, they are accused of defrauding an innkeeper (as in having a nice stay at a luxurious hotel and then skipping out on the bill).
Davis lawsuit points out that Evi said the officer of the law planned to extort money. She also accused him of taking bribes.
