Court To Check In On The Jackson Three In Custody Hearing

A hearing to "review the circumstances” of Michael's Jackson's three orphaned children -- Prince Michael, Paris, and Prince Michael II -- is slated for Friday morning in a Los Angeles, California courtroom.

The children have stayed with their grandmother, Katherine, in the wake of the Thriller singer's death. Katherine was appointed permanent guardian of her son's three children August 3, and officials said they wanted to follow-up on the arrangement and how it is working for the children during Friday's hearing.

In related news, surprise details from Jackson's autopsy report surfaced Thursday, stating that the Thriller singer was in relatively good health for a 50-year-old man and that no illegal drugs were detected in his system. The info could be used by prosecutors and if they decide to charge Jackson's live-in doctor, Dr. Conrad Murray, in connection with Jackson's death.
